Intellectual property

The STAYCLASH name, design, and site content are the property of the operating entity identified above or its licensors, except for content submitted by participating stays, which remains theirs.

PAID RANKING

Positions on StayClash are determined solely by cumulative paid contributions. This is not a review, quality or star ranking. Points accumulate for as long as StayClash operates. No position, traffic, exposure or booking is guaranteed. Participation and visibility begin once your payment is confirmed; losing position or a change of mind afterward does not by itself generate an automatic refund, without affecting any refund rights required by law.
