Terms of Service
1. What STAYCLASH is
STAYCLASH is a paid, global leaderboard for real, bookable hospitality stays. See the Paid Ranking Disclosure for how positions are determined. Nothing on this site is a review, quality certification, or star rating.
2. Who can contribute
Only a real business, owner, manager, or authorized agency that controls a given stay may create a listing for it and contribute to its position. By submitting a listing you declare that you meet these criteria and that the information provided is accurate. STAYCLASH may reject, suspend, or remove a listing that does not meet eligibility criteria or contains false information, at any time, including after it has gone live.
3. Payments and points
1 EUR paid = 1 accumulative point. Minimum contribution: 5 EUR. To take a specific position you must finish at least 1 point above the current occupant. Scores are unique — no two stays may hold the same score. Contributions accumulate for as long as STAYCLASH operates, subject to legitimate corrections (fraud, disputes, chargebacks, or auditable errors).
4. Refunds, disputes, and chargebacks
Once a payment is confirmed, participation and visibility begin immediately. Losing a position later, or changing your mind, does not by itself create a right to an automatic refund, without limiting any refund or withdrawal rights required by applicable law. If a payment is later disputed, reversed, or found fraudulent, STAYCLASH may remove the associated points and adjust the ranking accordingly, and may suspend accounts with a pattern of disputed or fraudulent payments. STAYCLASH does not promise an absolute, unconditional "no refunds ever" policy — the applicable rule is whatever this section and mandatory law actually provide.
5. Moderation
STAYCLASH uses automatic checks at signup rather than manual pre-approval. Listings that are reported, suspicious, or later found not to meet eligibility criteria can be reviewed, edited, suspended, or removed at any time. Removal for a violation does not automatically entitle the participant to a refund, subject to this section and applicable law.
6. No guarantees
No position, ranking duration, traffic, exposure, impressions, or booking outcome is guaranteed. A click recorded on this site is not a booking. Benefits tied to a position (social link slots, promotional posts, badges) change automatically and immediately with your real, current position.
7. Acceptable use
You may not submit a listing for a stay you do not control or are not authorized to represent, submit false information, attempt to manipulate scores or snapshots outside the normal payment flow, or use the service to fabricate activity, participants, or results.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes to ranking, payment, eligibility, or promotion mechanics will be communicated before they take effect where reasonably possible.
